Delivery

Where do you deliver?
Our delivery covers only West Malaysia at the moment. We will deliver with our assigned trucks or suppliers' trucks directly to your house.

When will I receive my items?
Delivery date is available from 3 to 7 working days upon order confirmation. We do not deliver on Sunday or public holiday.

I ordered a large piece of appliance. Is it possible to be delivered?
Definitely yes. Items are delivered by our assigned shipping company or suppliers. All drivers are well trained in handling heavy and large appliances. You can indicate special instruction, eg narrow roads leading to your delivery address, walk up apartments or small hallways and doors by clicking "Add a note to your order"  at shopping cart page.

What is the delivery and handling charge on orders?
We offer free delivery to West Malaysia on all orders above RM300. Please note that we do not ship to East Malaysia. For orders below RM300, the delivery fee will be automatically calculated upon checkout.

Will I have to sign for my delivery?
Yes, you will be asked to sign a delivery form, in which you confirm that the product(s) was delivered in good condition (without defects or damage).

Can my item be delivered to an office address?
Yes, your item can be delivered to an office address. Please enter the address along with your full name upon checkout.

Do you deliver to foreign countries?
No. We only delivery within West Malaysia.

 

Return Policy

What is the return policy?

We do not accept refunds or returns. However, we accept exchange if the product you received is faulty.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Our exchange policy lasts for seven (7) days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Kindly send us an email with an attached product(faulty) picture to TopwareSolutions@gmail.com before visiting our local store. You may also send your product to No. 3-1-2, Jalan Setia Prima D (U13/D), Seksyen U13, 40170 Setia Alam Selangor.

How do I claim my product warranty?
If a product breaks within the manufacturer's warranty period, please feel free to contact us here. We will send the service team over to your house for any fixes or replace your product(faulty) directly.

If you cannot find your questions here, feel free to contact us and we will get back to you within two (2) working days.
